Ormy has joined the crew in the role of Rhib Patrol Officer. You will see Ormy out on the water educating and providing assistance to port users for safer operations.
John has worked in all areas of the port. You may recognise him from a long spell as Ferry master, but John has now stepped ashore as one of our car park attendants.
Lisa is a long standing member of PHC now working part time as one of our front of house team.
Rob joined PHC as an all rounder. His Boatmaster’s licence allowed him Ferry Master operations where he is now employed full time.
Rob would have welcomed many visitors to port as Berthing Master. He maintains this position but in a part time capacity.
You will find Pete sat in the Beachmaster office (shed) at the Northern end of Rock beach. Pete works seasonally from April through October.
Alan is our full time Berthingmaster, working most tides to welcome you and direct you to a berth in the harbour.
Our longest serving member of staff. You’ll see Timmy walking around the streets with his cart, keeping the town tidy.

Mike is the longest standing shore crew at PHC, acting as the harbour foreman.
Leon served as Harbour Patrol Officer for many years and has now been promoted to Assistant Harbour Master.
Andrew works in all areas of the port and is employed as deputy foreman.
One of our newest additions to the PHC team. Jack works aboard the ferry collecting fares from our passengers.
You will find Paul at the Southern end of Rock working seasonally, April through October, as our Beachmaster.
James started out as the Harbour Patrol Officer and is now employed as Admiral of the Fleet, head Ferryman.
Kelsie is the newest member of our team, employed as Finance Assistant.
Rob comes from a background of fishing and now works for PHC as car park attendant.
Nicky is one of the longest serving members of PHC and keeps everything in order as assistant Port Administrator.
Pam is a long standing member of PHC, employed in front of house as PHC receptionist.
Tom is a recent edition to the PHC crew, working both ashore and as ferry master after passing his Boatmaster exam.
Bryn has been employed in most areas of PHC and became HM in 2019 after successfully completing his UKHMA Harbour Master Certificate.
